As far as anyone knows we have only worked out a few explanations for the crazy phenomena that perplex us. Time awaits all the answers we can contrive so as to measure the success of our imagination. Steering progress toward a common goal is less likely to produce a well desired result than allowing community action to flow through the natural forces of market sharing and regression. A thorough analysis of the dynamic interactions of multiple independent entities may produce a random-seeming collage of decisions that actually converge toward a common goal. But how is one to measure the dialog of silent decision making?
